Anybody need a Wilwood braided hose and/or Wilwood bleeder valves? Hose is for the fronts.....and I’d imagine the hose is pretty standard.
My line is a slightly different style (no L fitting on the end) but they might work. How long are they? About 20"? PM me with price for lines and bleeder valves.
The SCDA schedule is out, just in time for Christmas, guys! They've added VIR to their menu, and MINIs are the featured marque at the 2 day WGI event in late April...tons of dates at LRP, and numerous car control there as well. Great Christmas presents for all of us track rats! I'm going to sign up for WGI when registration opens January 1st. Any other takers?
I can't tell you how much they charge for VIR since registration doesn't open until Jan. 1st. I would be thinking it will be in line with their other tracks...in the upper $300 range.

That be a Monday and Tuesday, April 30 and May 1, for WGI. I wonder whether GVC has their first event that following weekend. That is usually a 3 day event, with Friday being an open track day for A-Solo and instructors. Hmmmm, 5 track days with a 2 day break in between...
Even so, I would probably do the GVC event. Better value for me. Have to think about doing SCDA instead.

Hey, come on up for a couple of days for an event at WGI. We'll show you around and then you can do the same for us if we can get a group to go to VIR...

I think that it is about $300 per day rate for SCDA for WGI, which might compare to VIR. But remember, VIR is a 6 day trip for us for a 2 day track event. It can be done in 4, but that means driving for 10 and a half hours each way, there and back. Shame we don't know someone with a semi and car trailer we could "borrow".
VIR is too far for me, especially when I've got WGI, LRP and Palmer on the sked already...
If you do 5 track days @ WGI, you'll need three sets of brakes, two sets of tires, and at least two fire extinguishers...
Well, since none of my track buddies got me anything for Festivus, I treated myself to a 10 event flex pass from SCDA. Now that hard part...narrowing down the picks.
Well, I figured my reflexes aren't going to get any quicker next year, or the year after that! Hope to see you at several of these track days...
That has been my plan. Warren Miller of the extreme ski movie fame used to end his movie narrations with “Don’t wait until next year because you will be a year old when you do” or something to that affect. And he is right.
Here’s to all of us getting out together this next season, and least for a few events.
