Anybody used smaller diameter front tires at the drag strip?

I'm headed to the local Tuesday night "Street Legal Drags" at IRP (Indy) tomorrow night to see what my autocross car will do. In other words, just for grins.

Anyway, I'm planning to run in autocross trim, but didn't want to deal with finding somewhere to safely stash my tools plus 4 wheels while I'm running. Has anyone driven a MINI with different diameter tires on each axel? I'm going to be on four 225/50-15 Yokohama A048s, and would like to put two 225/45-15 Avon Tech Rs on front for couple runs to see what the effective gearing change does.

Has anybody tried something similar? I'm wondering what the ABS computer will do with the front and rear wheels rotating at different speeds. I'll be turning of ASC of course, as it probably wouldn't like it (looks like front tires are spinning a bit compared to the rears).

This is probably a one time deal, but I'm curious what to expect.

Thanks.

I've run 205 /50/15's up front and 205/60/15' in the rear many times at autox and still do from time to time. This allowed the car to rotate like i wanted also since it gave more weight on the front tires launches and coming out of the corners were better. I havent had any ABS issues
