13.99 help

I haven't yet dragged my mini but as soon as the summer hits ill be at the track at least every month. My goal is to break 13.99 on street tires would this be possible with CAI intake, full exhaust, 16% pulley, injectors and tune would I also need a cam to do this??

I have suspension mods done but so far my only hp mod is a Dinan CIA but I will be doing a 16% pulley and exhaust before the the end of summer.

I've done it, 13.89.
Intake/exhaust/15%/Tune. NO cam/ NO headwork / No weight removal mods.

I think I was on aged out autox tires; good street tires would be an improvement. Prior to the tune, I ran a 14.2 on runflats and S-Lites.

You need cool ambient air and make sure to ice the intercooler prior to the run. Shift just before the rev limiter for best results.
