Great Time at the Track

Since my project Mustang has been moving along a lot slower than expected I decided to head out to the track with my 2005 MCS. A buddy brought along his turbo Beetle. Neither car was that fast but it was fun racing heads up. I started out with my first ever pass in the Mini with a 16.17 @ 88. By the end of the day I managed to improve to a 15.39 @ 90. I was hoping for 15.5's so I was more than thrilled to see the 15.39. Time for a few mods I think.

Wow, very nice times!

Thanks. I am pretty happy with the way the car worked. I am pretty confident that with a limited slip and drag radials it will go well in to the 14's.

Have you considered a pulley? I have an 04 MCS and I want to get a pulley but I'm not sure what the best first mod would be. I've heard plenty of people say that the pulley is the way to go for cheap power. You have any thoughts on this?

It is in the works for my 05 but I need to finish up the first project before I start another. :)
