First time on track

Hey everyone, soon it will be my first time on the track

any help, suggestions, tips, what to-do, what not to-do?

how to launch also? (RPMS etc)

I currently have 17" lightweights with non-run flat tyres. What should my tyre pressure be in front?

i have the 02 cooper s with the longer gear ratio's..how will this affect my 1/4 mile time ?
also would racing fuel help me alot? or is that not necessary?
