Quick tip on detailing sponges

I was using the Renew Protect product which is restorative for working on black trim. Do not want this product getting anywhere else on the car other than where you designated to be. Sure, taping off is a good idea but some of the areas are really small and you need good control of where it’s going. 2 sources of detailing sponges. 1. Small shoe polish applicators about an inch and a half in diameter that have small handles on the end and 2. The small foam paint brushes. The small pointed tips really helps in getting the product right where you want it and keeps it off of everything else.

I use the same thing. Love the job Renew Protect does on the black trim.
