Looking for black Seat upholstery cloth for 2004 MCS with silver/black cloth seats

I just picked up a 2004 MCS. As is typical, the driver's side outside seat back bolster fabric is frayed from people sliding in and out of the seat. I have a local upholstery shop who says he will sew in a new panel of the black cloth for $60 if I bring him the seat and the cloth.

Anyone found a source for the black cloth??

Do you have a pic ? The fabric cover can sometimes comes as one piece and sometimes a cover dependent on year. The Genuine MINI part will match exactly , but will cost much more.
