If the paint in not cracked, paintless dent repair would be the best option.
If the paint is cracked, you might be able to find a company that will pop out the dent and do touch up paint with a blend. If you take it to a body shop and the paint is not cracked, they most likely would sublet it to a PDR company and charge some on top for what they have to pay.
If you are in the Houston area, I know a good company.

I haven't been inside the doors on a mini yet to know if you can get through or not. The drill isn't as bad as it sounds and they cap it afterwards, you wouldn't even know its there if you weren't paying for it, lol.
A lot of used cars have these holes in them..
I'd be trying the taillight first if possible and no it won't throw any codes taking it off. Good luck!

I'm not sure how they did it but no hole and good as new.
If you are going to get PDR repair, ask them how much to do the whole car.
My shop found a bunch of little spots I did not worry about and did the whole car for $250. My '04 MCS is as good as new. (except for the paint chips on the bonnet )

Good for you! That is known as a Glue Pull where a little attachment is hot glued to the dent and pulled out with a dent puller similar to how a body shop would repair a dent except they would weld it on.
Glue Pulls are good only on factory paint as on repainted panels it can actually pull off a huge chunk of paint.
Also as some have mentioned..drilling to fix a dent is really a bad option. The best PDR guys can get to a dent without drilling and will tell you whether it can be fixed or not due to potential structural parts preventing access.
