Front Bumper License Plate Bracket

I just got a custom plate for my R53, and was wondering about how to install the bracket/holder.....?

the tapping screws mount from the bottom up, i think it was. (this is like 5yrs ago so my memory's kinda cloudy.

)

then you mount your plate to the bracket.
