Banana Gloss: why can't it be shipped international?

So I purchased some Banana Gloss when it first came out and I absolutely love it Well I'm running a little low and was hoping to get some more but I see now that it can't be shipped internationally anymore.

Is there a particular reason for this and can anyone recommend a place in Canada where I can get some?

It's flammable. Although I've taken a torch to it and it didn't burn. At any rate, the Postal Service says no, and I'm not messing with them. They are flat broke and looking to make some money off anybody not following the rules.

I just purchased some Banana Gloss.. under what conditions is it flammable? Does it contain a chemical that is flammable, hence, the label must say so?

Flammable is better than what I was guessing, fruit crossing between nations.

Well ship it the old way...by boat or maybe stick it in a bottle with a message and hope it makes it to the other shore.
