used hydro for the first time

this afternoon i used hydro for the very first time and i have to say i'm very pleased with the results. i hear it looks better the next day, so i can't wait to see what my MINI looks like tomorrow.

i do have to questions though
  1. there is a haze on the passenger side window only not on the rear passenger side, did i do something wrong? i sprayed the hydro on the windows just like i did on all the windows.
  2. will it go away?
thanks!

your window may not have been rinsed fully?

there should be no hazing after the Hydro app. i recommend you
clean that window with Clarity and re-apply Hydro.

congrats!

thanks and i'm pretty sure it was rinsed well i rinsed it with the hose then came back with a bucket off clean water and dumped it over that window. i used the bucket to get all the standing water off the top and bonnet of the car. i also dumped a whole bucket of water down this window. will clean it off with clarity though.

thanks

was that window in the direct sunlight when applied?

kenchan 10-02-2007 06:54 PM

from my experience Hydro is not affected by direct sunlight even if
the panel is quite warm (reaching *almost* hot) to the touch. this is how i
enable myself to wash my black car in the sun in the summer time.

:) so not sure wat the cause was.

maybe the towel was saturated with water and did not
lift moisture enough?
