You're invited to our Spring Open House 3/24/07
 

Hi,

I realize there's a DCMM meeting the same day, but if you have a chance, please do stop in to our shop for our Spring Open House.

When: Saturday, March 24, 2007 10am until 4pm

Now, keep in mind we've just gotten into the Mini world, so you may see -- okay, you WILL see a lot of non-MINI cars. Don't be afraid, they're all nice people. Ask them about their car and you'll have a friend for life. :)

Ask around for me (Dan) and introduce yourself. I'll be wearing a Mach V shirt or jacket of some kind, and will probably be running around like crazy.

Our own shop R56 may be there, although as I write this it's out at a vendor for testing and prototyping, so I don't know if it'll be back at the shop in time for the open house.

The barbecue will be up and running, although it's BYOF (Bring Your Own Food). If you want to eat and/or share, bring something to throw on the grill. There's usually a good assortment of stuff you can swap with other people.

Sounds good. Only some members go to the board meeting after our breakfast at MoS. So we'll be out that way in the area already. See you there I'll be by to check MachV out...

Dan - perhaps a dedicated MINI section? I plan to come by...we should start a list to be sure we have space set aside (if possible - last year it took up both sides of the street)

I dropped by last week to pick up some gauge cups - working out well btw!

Sure, if there's a critical mass of MINIs, we can reserve some spots.

BTW, I think I saw other shop from Annapolis post a thread here couple of days ago. The thread was here for less than an hour and it was disappeared. Hmm......:sly:

Depending on the end of the meeting, I would like to come to this. I guess I am a maybe :thumbsup: Glad to have more shops opening up.

just stopped in and talked to Fred and Tony at MoS. Fred will be bringing his car over, as well as one or two others (maybe the GP). That should put us well over ten cars....I know one of the Subaru guys has a GP and is bringing his as well.
