Installation of Driving Lights?

Been looking at the PIAA driving lights and wondering how easy they are to install. I've seen the sticky post on the "exterior mod" forum page and while I'm very handy around the house my experience with working on cars is limited. I'm slightly intimidated by drilling holes and running wires in my mini....
Is this really a "do-it-yourself" job? Is there a shop in Northern Virginia that would do a good job? What would I expect to pay?

All driving lights are about the same difficulty to install (wiring wise), so contact your dealership and ask for an install quote, and expect that to be the high end of what to pay for the install.

I installed mine myself (2 pairs of 2) fairly easily by referencing NAM and asking questions after I got my package and looked at the specifics. Plenty of help here if you need it... And given the number of active DCMM/NAM members in the area, someone would surely be able to give you a hand if you asked nicely.
