Congratulations Bev!

Beautiful shot.

I know that this was just a grab shot, but I really don't think it could have been posed any better.
This photo shows a few compositional elements used to good effect.
The "S" curve and the Rule Of Thirds plus the contrast of Otto's red body and the green of the grass and leaves definitely help make this shot rock.

Not only is the photo great, but you nailed the topic too. This is exactly what comes to mind when I think of "motoring"; taking Otto out on a set of twisties.

I loved that shot. Granted I voted for another shot but Ms.Mellow made moving the mouse to the other choice very tough. Well done and bravo to everyone submitting pictures.

Wow! I'm blushing. I'd like to thank the academy...

...oh wrong speech....

I like to play with the camera when I'm a passenger, so I tend to take a whole bunch of pictures - many of which come out blurry because I'm trying to hold on to the door handle with one hand while going around the twisties and hold onto the camera with the other hand. I remember this shot clearly because I loved that Otto was kicking up the leaves. He seemed so playful. I purposely tilted the camera just slightly to get a different angle. I just got lucky on this. Thanks! I'm honored.

My only disappointment when seeing this picture was that the brake lights are on... the driver should be accelerating!!!

No, the picture is fantastic, really!

That's just the tail lights.
I was definitely on the gas.

Yep, we normally have the lights on during runs.

That IS a great pic, Bev...way to go !! At first, I thought the brake lights were on , then I realized it was a club run and it's just the tail lights.

Hey Chris... if you ever pick the subject "Reflections" for a contest, I have a pic for you. Here's a pic I took of my Jet Black MINI this weekend. Yes, you read that right, it's a pick of my JB Convertible.
