Ok, what's wrong with this picture? Here it is Tuesday and Chris has not posted the weather forecast for this Saturday's event.

That's so funny about the weather !

Bill-Eric and I will make the run, but we have to bail on lunch. We have to attend to our doggies before we run off to Ed's Wine & Cheese event (and I heard something about Irish coffee afterward...yum! ). It's going to be such a fun-filled day!!

Here is the information for the one who's interested in the Wine & Cheese tasting event after the run.

It will be held on Saturday, February 16, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Londontowne Public House & gardens http://www.historiclondontown.com/
Yes, it's the same day as the MoT breakfast and Bill's run afterwards, and I believe there should be enough time to do both. It's about an hour and a half drive from Hunt Valley to Edgewater.
Chamber music will be provided by a string quartet and also a wind quartet (tentatively)
Food will include wine, cheese and pastries.
Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased at the door.

Location is one mile from my house in Edgewater, and the event's address is:
London Town Public House
839 Londontown Road
Edgewater, Maryland 21037
Interested people can email me at hypnohealer@verizon.net for more information and directions.
Dress is nice casual

Bill,

How's the salt and sand ? Something we should consider with our "sporty" driving styles. Probably should be on the lookout for ice too.

looks like I should be able to come out tomorrow and meet everyone! I may bring a friend along for the ride too.

I'm just wondering if I can get from the Balmer/Towson area all the way down to Sterling by 345pm

Looking forward to meeting everyone...yay!

Awesome... the more the better.

By the way, with your 07 MCS, you should be there on time.

OK, I think I'm going to make it to the breakfast and the lunch... then I will try to rush all the way back to VA to Mach V's re-opening before it finishes at 4pm. Busy day!

Great first half!

Thanks, Bill, for a terrific run. Sorry I had to bail out at the halfway point, but I'm sure the rest of the run was as wonderful as the first part.

+1,

As usual, Bill's run is always a blast. I wish I could stay with everyone all the way to lunch.

Great turn out, I count 22 MINIs' joint the run today. 5 of them are British Racing Green. Well represent.

Thanks to everyone for the fun event. You all are awesome. Looking forward to get together again next time.

Oh, please post some picture. I believe there will be tons of good pictures from today run.

Yep, that was a good route with lots of good roads, Jeffbill !

Thanks a lot for putting another good run together. And thanks to all the DCMM members for the good turnout. Having 20+ MINIs makes for a lot of fun !!

Nice to see all of you and looking forward to doing it again next month !

Thanks for the kind words!

I feel there may have been some sort of mistaken identity, so please let me clarify:

Bill-laid out the route & drove the lead car.

Jeff-made the wrong turn at Joppa Rd. and caused the mass confusion.

So remember:

Bill=good guy

Jeff= ne'er do well, banned from club for good

Thanks for everyone who came out and made the run so much fun.

I'm sure they will be talking about us for a long time at Wally's Convenience Store.

Likewise, it was nice meeting you, Derek and seeing everyone again. We look forward to the meetings each month because we get to meet with such nice people. This run was no exception.

Jeff/Bill - Glenn & I love your sense of humor. And on behalf of all the vegetarians on the run (uhhhh...just me) thanks for selecting a restaurant without a giant pig on the roof.

Great run! Glenn says he's jealous of all the great roads up your way. We'll talk to Ed and we'll try to plan a rerun of the one we missed a month ago.
