Hey Everyone! I bought my 2003 BRG/W base Cooper used back in June. It has the sport package (no bonnet stripes), auto A/C, and the Harman/Kardon stereo. I'm just curious if someone knows it or the owner in its past life. It was leased from a dealer in California and eventually made its way to VA. I believe it was purchased in or near Sacramento, CA originally. Then the owner moved to the Richmond, VA area. The car was then sold to some sort of auction house in October of 2006 and was finally sold to me. So, if this sounds familiar to you I'd like to know! If a picture would help, I'll try to post one tomorrow.

A pic would most likely help. Have you gone to a dealership to see if they can track any info? The KEY is the key

 

I haven't checked with the dealer about my car yet. I'll probably have to take it in for service sometime soon, so I'll probably ask then. Here is a photo of my car...hope this works.
