I cannot think of a more deserving person to win his first National Championship!!! Congrats to you Tony! He pulled out the GS National Championship by just over 0.1 seconds! I was lucky enough to see the last few runs in GS as Tony was sweating it out, that was a lot of fun to watch. I thought the funniest thing I saw all day was when Tony realized he had won, he went to hug his wife and Strano popped in between and gave him a huge bear hug, lol, while tony was in mid air he was begging for his wife. lol, that was funny.

I'm impressed by how evenly matched the current and first generation chassis seem to be as indicated by the last few sets of Nationals results.

Anyone else staying with the MINI in Dstock next year????? My wife and i will be running 1 more year....economy messed up our plans to go to STU.

 

Congrats to trophy winners... wow, 0.095 sec difference between 1st and 2nd.

I plan to stay with Dstock for similar reasons.. makes more sense financially. I would like to try the new STR class with a MX-5 Miata though (06+).
