R56 G STOCK Avail MODS?
I do not have sport suspension and I would consider upgrading this in the future, but I am unsure on how to accomplish this.
can anyone suggest a reasonable solution to upgrading to sport suspension and sway?
Also is it worth the $ and trouble? Guess that is a personal choice, but chime in. A lot of what I am seeing is for the 53 not the 56 so I am curious.
thanks

To do so in accordance with the rules, you will need to procure a set of the correct sport suspension springs for your year model and options (different part numbers depending on options fitted), and the rear anti-roll bar. Front anti-roll bars are free, and there are advantages to going smaller, so you may just as well leave it be.
I'm not sure about the struts.
You may be able to find much of this used, as aftermarket upgrades of these parts are common. The tricky bit will be finding the right springs if your car has a less common combination of options.

Buy my Koni Double Adjustable shocks ready to bolt in with all hardware for $1,400. One season and ready to go.
Koni charged me $1,900 for shocks only. You would need to buy all the other parts. Drill out the rear tophats and washers for the 12mm shafts.
Keep your stock suspension and switch it out in the off season in under an hour.
Buy a Sport suspension rear swaybar and you are done. A smaller front bar is actually a more desired setup.
In retrospect I would have not ordered the Sport suspension. Just purchased the springs and rear bar. They are the only requirements in SCCA Stock class for the Mini as the front bar is optional.
