Trying to Find some After Market 18" or 19"- WILL THESE WORK

Im trying to decide on a set of wheels for my CMS Im finding a lot of good looking BMW Wheels, for example the ones below. When ordering my plan is to order 4 front wheels so width is all the same not staggered. But will they fit or will I need rings. If i need rings i don't care to do it just wish there was more out there.

Also very interested in a set of the gunmetal 18" if any body has any for sale.

Wheels are 19x8.5 5x120 +35mm offset

If I'm not mistaken. . .from what I have read, you will need a 52mm off set to place a 19" rim on the CM. (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

Damn good looking wheel though!!

52mm offset is for 7.5" wide wheels. For 8.5" wheels like the OP asked about then something in the 35-42mm range is better.
