Three T's Tour 2013
Okay gang it looks as if May 25th is shaping-up to be our next drive date. Let's meet-up at Almost Heaven Desserts at 9:30AM as we usually do, and plan to be at the Purple Fiddle before the 1PM live music performance. Along the way we can stop at Cathedral State Park and stretch our legs on the Virgin Hemlock Trail (our first "T"), then zip over to Red House, Maryland to 'Tiquing (as in antiquing).
After lunch at the Purple Fiddle we can start the Technology part of our tour with photo opportunities at the wind farm on US219 and the Earth Station along WV72 in Etam, West Virginia. From there we can return home to the four winds. I will have a detailed drive plan to distribute to everyone at our meet up location. John, sure looks to be another good drive. Good job as usual.
I forgot to mention that Thomas is a hoppin' place on Memorial Day according to the locals I spoke with this past weekend. Seems they have lots of live music and events going on.:nod: Should be lots of fun. I'd love to see at least six or seven Minis headed down. That would really turn some heads!:thumbsup: |
