I want to switch out my fog light bulbs, how do i get to the fog lights? Do i need to take off the front bumper, if so how do i get that off?

There is a panel you can gain access to the light bulb in the driving light inside the wheel well. You should have room if you turn the wheel fully each direction to open the panel. Take it easy on the plastic screws.
