Questions about a 1974 Mini 1000 for sale

I stumbled upon a originally 1974 Canadian Mini 1000. Its odometer stopped working at 100,000. New brakes, suspension, and rebuilt motor in the last 3000 miles. some surface rust and the floor is rusted pretty bad. Drives nice, starts right up. Interior is in rough shape. He is asking $6000. Trying to figure out if that is a fair price for a rusty Mini.
Thanks for your help!

I know nothing of the value of classic minis, but I'd rather deal with rebuilding the motor than rust repair. Rust repair adds up FAST unless you can do it yourself.

Cockroaches and car rust. If you see one roach, thousands are behind the wall. If you see a bit of rust, probably going to find a lot more.

Love the rag cover.
