Looking for a hand on Engine ID?

I just bought a 62 mini. I am looking to ID the motor. I did my research on mini motors. The number stamped on the block just under the head. Below the thermostat housing reads nothing like it should. Ive been told its a 1275cc The number is
3-74 TLD G 5-77

I attached a photo of the motor for visual inspection.
