£24,995 to be exact.
If you were to buy this engine off the shelf for example, if this was possible, M.E.D in Leicester were offering a very similar fuel injected 8 port ( all be it with a billet EN40B crankshaft) for over £14,000.

Regardless, they are right. You might fetch more if you're willing to sell to an overseas buyer. Shipping isn't crazy and if your pockets are deep enough for this car, digging a bit deeper for the shipping is probably not a problem :)
