I need an English Owners/drivers manual for a 1995 classic mini, a copy would be fine or just to see one on the net , thanks in advance

Good news: you can buy a CD with the owner's manual and all the other technical manuals...

Bad news: these CD's only work on Windows 98 thru XP - don't work on VISTA or Mac. The authoring company has been non-responsive to questions about upgrading them. I have the disk for my 79 .... the interface is a bit clunky due to the security system used to prevent copying - the same reason it won't work on VISTA. But I can read and print the pages ....

If you have an XP machine it is a workable option.

I have a cd loaded with manuals. It has the factory rover manual, haynes manual, a few that are in italian, and tons of other stuff all in pdf format. Let me know if you want any of it. If you have a dsl internet connection i can possibly e-mail it to you.

 

What I need is the owners manual , the one that comes with the car , that would tell me how things work, I do not need the workshop manual. will the CD have that on it ?? Thanks in advance

 

the link I provided to the CD that works thru XP contains the factory user manual in pdf format. For the most part I've used it to verify that everything in Haynes was spot on.

Then again...there's so little in these lil beasties you might just ask a question or two..... not like there's a ton of complicated switches on the dash! Ask here or look at MiniMania.com boards....

 

Here is what I do not fully understand the 'imoblizer' . I want to read about he correct way to use it . I was told the if I remover trhe battery or it go dead you have to hold the button down ofr 5 seconds. when you start the car do you give it button one click , two clicks ??? Help I know what the switches are for and how to roll up a window thanks in advance

there r fewer resources for debugging a grey market car (2009 - 25 = 1984) in the states... {assuming U R a US post'r}

if u get no quick help here I suggest Mini Mania. I've no books that cover a 1995.
