Thank you for all of the help so far. I actually am in the process of buying it now. It should be at my place in a week or so. Needs some work, but I like projects. I looked at this car when it was for sale 5 years ago, and happened to be looking when the present owner contacted me. SOOOOO here it is. If you look on Zmax's site they have one the same color same kit.
I will fix the little stuff for now, but eventually the kit will probably come off and be replaced with some good body work and rivet style over fenders. I also like the small bumpers more. Checkered roof is out too haha.
News to come but I wanted to get some input. I really appreciate it.
Anyone have more JCW stickers I can get? haha

You want Orignal John Cooper Garages stickers.....as JCW is for the BMW Mini.... http://www.minisport.com/mcpxs-rws-j...w-sticker.html
I think I should start by pulling ALL stickers off the car haha.

The second tank was just a mirror image of the first one, so it's clearly not there now, even if it once was. Most classic fuel caps fit on the tank filler tube, not the body, so having the cap without the tank suggests to me that the second filler cap is decoration, not functional. A glance inside the that corner of the trunk/boot will show if there is a hole for a filler tube in the body.
