Jeremy, I have a 4am wake up call on Saturday, so I understand where you're coming from.

that's unfortunate they wouldn't let you in w/ a minor... if you think that law sucks, i can't purchase alcohol on sundays in IN! that's just not american and i'm saying this b/c i grew up in downstate IL. there's nothing better than buying a case of beer on sunday afternoon before going to a v-ball game however the claddagh does have very good food...

 

Food is always a secondary consideration when frequenting an Irish Pub. However, I'll be sampling the culinary delights Friday night.

 

I've made reservations for 10-12 people, 8pm.

Traffic notes:

For those coming from the east, stay far away from Rt. 64 (North Ave.) between Kirk Rd. and Randall Rd. Too many lights in downtown St. Charles and construction on Randall backs up the turn lane really bad.

Alternative if you're heading in on Rt. 64 is to go south on Kirk Rd. then west on Rt. 38 (Roosevelt Rd. / E. State St.) when you get near St. Charles. A map of the area is here.

I was just going to shoot out 88 to Orchard then pick up Randall coming from O'Hare.
