Any Mod party's being planned soon?

Anyone setting up a mod party some time soon? I need new brakes and would really like to do them with a pro.

Or is there anyone around that could do my brakes for me? I may need rotors also as I am not sure if my originals can be turned and still be in spec.

Any help would be cool

Thanks

PM sent.

Trying to setup pad party. More details in the month of Jan.

You may also want to check the marketplace thread for owners selling stock rotors.

Here are two great links too.

Hmmm you know I was just thinkin' bout asking Blake and Dustin if they wanted to put together a mod party, I've got nothing to do on my own ride at the momment but if we found a warm spot I'd be willing to wrench for peopleand just spend a day hanging outin genral/

Well I would be up for it. My brake light came on so I am thinking I need to do them soon. So lets set something up. Do any of you know how long the stock rotors are good for? Can you turn them down for a resurface?

My rotors are original @ 79.9k front pads where changed early and have 50+k on ceramics the rears where changed about 55k with uneven wear. Yeah once that light comes on you're short on time, and you'll need to get the sensor replacement.

I do usually like to take some fine sandpaper and give things a little smooth over for an easier break in and to remove any glazing from before.

I'll talk to Blake about doing it at his place and report back.

Haven't gotten another one yet, but I really should, and I bet Harbor Frieght is apt to have a sale this week too.

All right well i guess I will get the rotors resurfaced at napa or something then. Does anyone know anywhere local to get EBC brake pads?
