Cape Cod Mini's to Rolex 24 and the Dragon ~ For 2010

Fellow Mini Owners,

This past January I attended the above which was a delightful time. Not the absolute "ZOO" of the Daytona 500. Coupled with the Rolex are the Koni Challenge Cars which include three Mini's from RSR Motorsports (www.rsrmotorsports.com).

The 2010 Race is January 28-31. My question is: Are there any of you who would be interested in going? If we can get enough cars I think we can get an area put aside for the Mini's in the Infield. Camping is allowed. I have also spoken to Randy Smalley (Owners of RSR Motorsports) who would be willing to give us some of his time and include a Private Tour of the Garage area for his Mini's. I went to Lime Rock, CT this past weekend to see Randy and his team. Quite impressive!!! If anyone is interested they will be at Watkins Glen, NY June 4-6..

I am not looking for commitments but if there is anyone seriously interested let me know..


As a side note Marilyn and I have reservations to attend next years Mini's on the Dragon (late April).. We understand this is a very fun weekend.. We drove thru the area two years ago driving back from FL and it is beautiful.. Hopefully we can get a contingent from CC Mini's? I know there will probably be two others from CC Mini's, the more the merrier... Maybe if we have enough we can get CC Mini's included in the web site.
