Was at it again last weekend, this time with the Porsche Club gents. Met up with Marty who attended the Nelson's Ledges event last year. The Club is meeting up again on August 21 and October 9th.

The Akron Sports car club was a Driver Education event and rather expensive. The Porsche Club is very reasonable and you get to drool over a wide variety of 911s worth 3x my JCW.

I think they like to see a variety of cars and asked about my JCW as much as I did about their Carreras and their best drivers offered rides and instruction -why spend $80 when you could spend $30?

They are meeting again on August 21st and Oct 9th at Lakeland Community College. I will be there for certain...

Thanks. I need to work on gate set-up. On all but 2 runs I took out multiple cones which adds 2 seconds to my time. Brutal.

I did consistently drop my course times with each run until I was matching some of the 911s (Porsche Club Event).

Better tires...more camber...and watch out!
