Beware the butterflies!

If you are traveling on the 15 through the High Desert, Hesperia, Victorville area, plan on butterfly guts all over your MINI - Yuck! It's not just a few, they're everywhere! I'm pretty sure that my Vegas Strip Cruise will be with Butterfly splatter all over my MINI. I'll clean it up before Saturday!

Thanks for the heads up.
Hopefully they'll have found their way home by Thursday.

(or at least splatted to extinction )

They were not present in the morning, perhaps it's only an afternoon thing.

I got one in my windshield wiper. Just the one, but I'm glad I was able to contribute.

I've got the "multi-color" theme going on.... Almost the same color as your car....with a little red 'n black mixed in for good measure. Them little buggers make quite a "splat" noise too!

Lots of butterflies along 95 and 177 on the alternate South route down to San Diego.

When I filled up in Beaumont, the windshield was clean for 10 miles after the stop.

The old badlands stretch between Beaumont and Moreno Valley is very green this year. Loved the drive.
