Springs are stiffer to help keep you flater in corners. I speced my 03MCS with the Sport package so the springs I have should be the MCS SS+, which are stiffer than the S w/o the sport package.
Also the rear sway bar is larger in diameter which will help remove some understeer.
Mainly it is just a beefier sportier set up than what is on the MC.

Probably not. I currently don't have anywhere to work on a car. Condo rules suck.
I think QuickSilverSTi is having an install over NoVa on Saturday the 12th (this Saturday). If you pick it up before then I'm sure someone there would be willing to lend a hand.
