I did a little searching on www.realoem.com
Officially called "Cylinder head cover" and the part number (11127513094) remains same from 12/02 builds to 05/05 builds, both MC and MCS.
If you're unsure, go to the link above and click engine, then cylinder head, and click the cover to reference the part number.
