The door sills are a flexible clear plastic or vinyl with a foil underlay that has the graphics. They are very thin so that they will fit in the recess on the door sill. My wife and I loved them, but we got an Aero Kit and there are no door sills on that. They were held on by a liquid glue provided with the kit. There is still some residue left, but some goo gone should remove it pretty easily. Some spray glue or other contact adhesive should hold them in just fine.

We have the Aero kit too, would'nt the JCW sill plates just glue on to them?
