I have a new, never installed Moss skid plate for an '02 or '03 car. Includes mounting hardware. Black powder coat. These are no longer available.

I'll sell it for $50, local only. I don't have a box for it; it's just been sitting in storage, so I can't ship it. Located in Newton, MA.

Someone was going to buy this from me last year, but I realized that I had lost the mounting hardware. I found it when I moved.

Is it steel or aluminum?

 

Steel. It's heavy, I think around 25 lbs.

 

I will put a plug in for the steel skid plate........I killed a small furry woodland ceature on the interstate once and after seeing the ammount of dammage a soft cudly animal does to the radiator a/c condenser and radiator support (shattered it) I decided to imediately get one of these heavy steel plates to dice the likes of these creatures.....I highly recomend this item, not the aluminium ones that are designed mainly to keep things from comming up....the heft of this plate will protect your radiators (about $300 a piece, to replace) from debris

 

Still available. I'm really hoping for a local sale, since I have no idea where I would get a box big enough to ship this thing in.

If you find a box, figure out USPS shipping costs to Ontario, N0A1H0.

 

They weigh 21 lbs. (without any packaging or the screw kit) to be exact... Shipped one earlier this year, weighed 24 lbs after wrapping everything in cardboard.

 

BUMP. I still have this; it sort of feels like family at this point, having resided in my various storage areas for something like three years.

I'm perfectly happy to ship, but even if, as someone suggested, I don't need a box, just two pieces of cardboard to tape around it, I still need to find a big *** piece of cardboard. It measures 29.5" x 38". There's also the mounting hardware, but I have a small separate box for that.

I don't know, maybe I'm just stuck with this thing. My car is an '05, so it's useless to me.
