It doesn't have tags on it but I assure you it's never been worn or washed. It's too big for me and it's just been hanging out in my closet for a while. Really cute shirt, I'd love to have it in a smaller size but oh well, can't exchange without the tags. Slightly stretchy, high quality material. 96% Cotton, 4% Spandex
