This isn't me selling it but i just found it on ebay while wasting some time. I think this is actually the aero rear spoiler. and if it is it's a nockout price right now.

Your are a GOD! I have been looking for this spoiler for soooo long! My dealer proclaims it doesn't exist and I cant find a site that offers in anywhere! And then to get it for $130 dear lord thats GREEEEEAAATT!

 

But it's an aftermarket spoiler....not an OEM spoiler, right?

 

No CHMSL...Not OEM...maybe illegal in US...

 

Why would a spoiler be illegal in USA ??

It's not the OEM and keep in mind it's unpainted. Still a good price though. And the 3rd brake light is still visibile with this spoiler. Don't see why it would be illegal?

 

I think they stated at the site that it isn't designed to encompass the CHMSL which I assume to mean that it blocks it...CHMSL is a safety DOT requirement just as much as needing a headlamp to operate...

 

most defineatly is the aero spoiler i paid $160 at my dealer for one already painted in jet black. you can order them prepainted in either white or black for no additional charge.
