Kevin,

If you're installing this yourself, let me know when. I'd like to watch (or even help) if I can get free.

Hi John,

I know I need attachments! I love the Spare Link I just can't decide between receiver size for the tow link. Feel free to hijack the the thread and tell us how to decide. Maybe there already is a thread?

Personally, I'm using an vintage "Tag-Along" Single Wheel trailer and modding it to fit the Sport Link. (I know... you can't be held liable for my mods.)

Hi! Thanks for the invitation to butt in (again)!

We are excited to be offering the Spare-Link. I think once people start seeing it in place on other MINI's they will be pretty popular. As far as the Tow-Link square receiver styles, we are seeing more people order the 2". This is not what we expected. I think folks are buying them to use with their existing bike rack. We hesitated to offer the 2" because we would rather not see people over taxing their car by towing too much! OOPS somebody walked in to buy a Sport-Link and bike rack gotta run!

I'll eventually be picking up the bike rack, but the tow link will come first. A small trailer will make AX & DE weekends much easier than trying to wedge everything inside of the car.

Hi Fuego,

See my gallery - I just uploaded a couple of shots of Russell taking off for MITM and MINI Takes The States. He bought a neat little tear drop trailer for the trip. We added some graphics and away he went, loaded to the gills! (the trailer was loaded not Russell)
