I'm in the process of selling my 03 DS Cooper S, so I took this out.

(SOLD) It's "auto-up only" model.
I've had it on for 3-4 months, and personally, it's THE MUST mod for Coopers. I still have the instruction.

I also have 15" white holies with Blizzak (used 1 season), stock mini floor mat with mini logo (4 pieces carpet), AUX in for stock CD player, and brand new/ never installed REMUS Cooper S specific exhaust system. You don't have to drill anything unless you want to.
I fished mine thru a slot behind the cig lighter, so I didn't have to drill anything.
