Feeler: selling my MINI Sport seats...

Hi,

I'm planning on buying Corbeau FX1 Pro seats and for that reason, I will not need my stock seats.

They're the Black Leatherette MINI Sport seats. Passenger one has 25k miles on it and driver's one less than 1k miles. Dealer replaced the whole thing due to the rip. They're both heated as well. Rear seats would be included.

I know this is not the place to put items on sale; however, I'm just wondering if anyone would be interested and also want to ask how much I should ask for them. I will include the rear seats as well!

Thanks a lot!

81 views and no reply?

I will post some good pictures tomorrow when it's bright and shiny out!

I'm also willing to let the entire set go for around $800. Dealer today quoted me over $4k for a new set of heated leatherette seats (jesus :/)

$800 sounds very high to me for the vinyl seats, heaters or no heaters. Maybe if they were leather you might be able to get that much...

Your market for these will be mostly non-S Mini owners who did not order the upgraded sport seats.

The dealer quoted me $4000 for a new set of heated leatherette seats (including the rear bench) and I recently saw a set of leather front ones go for $1500, so I think $800 is pretty reasonable.

No, it's nuts. Most MINIs have leatherette, and most have the Sport seats (which were a $100 factory option). I'll be making the same move to leather seats and will be happy to get $400 for mine.

But don't let a forum decide the value, put them on the market.
