Ok, well on my dechroming adventure I bought a spare set of 05 tail lights to mod in the event that I messed up. I did end up messing up. I put one of the tail lights in the oven too long and the outside clear plastic cover began to melt. I'm glad I bought those spares :D

So now that the pax side good tail light is sold, I still have the driver side light. Besides the plastic cover, it is in good condition. Could be a nice thing to have if you were planning on dechroming. You could touch up the little bits where the chrome came off with tape or not care about it, and only have to find one passenger side light which would be cheaper, then you too would have a full set of spares.

Anyway, I am GIVING AWAY this light. Due to the fact that the plastic cover is warped, I see no real value in it. Other then what I mentioned above, but to that person, you can have this light for free...just pay for the cost of shipping.

Ok here are the pics, also another note. For those looking to dechrome, DO NOT put tape inside the reverse light to protect it. When I pulled the tape off after doing the first light, I found that the tape actually peeled off some of the chrome in there as well. I took an pic to show this.

 

I actually need a single....bought a pair of spare ones last year from a vendor here and they sent me two of the same side, one '05-'06 and one early one.

 

Well, you can have them both at $50...I was thinking that the one passenger side one was worth $50, the other one was worth $0...

If you want the driver side one you can have it for just the cost of shipping.
