I have a brand-new Alta short shift kit for a 2007 MCS. It is brand new, never installed. I did take it out of the box to drool over it a bit. Its the complete kit, with Alta shift ****. It fits my 2007 MCS, I'm sure it fits the 2008 as well but call Alta to make sure.

Only the Alta ****. I'm sure there is an adapter but you would have to ask Alta about that.
