Are they the ones pictured above? Do these have camber adjustments for the fronts?

You need camber plates for that or coilovers like those made by Cross which have adjustable camber plates as part of the coilover.

FOG 05-14-2008 08:34 PM

I guess the question still stands, are they the ones pictured above? Koni makes a set of coilovers with a small diameter spring in the front to help get more negative camber...

Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay. Super busy with with and finishing the basement.

I'm not sure which they are right now, but the photos coming soon will clarify.

They've been in the basement living behind all my other boxed car stuff since the move. Now that we're about to have twice the space, I'll get those pics right away.

Thanks,

If you need me, please PM me, as I cannot check this thread regularly.

I'm sure there are a few manufacturers, both fixed and adjustable. I have adjustable camber plates from H-sport that I like just fine.

roofaS 05-16-2008 12:02 AM

ASFAIK, Koni only make one type of coilover for the R53, the 1150 series. You don't get camber plates with them but I don't think you'll need them as they're not for track use IIRC.

here are pics that I took of this kit when I sold it to him. Good luck with the sale, too bad you didn't get a chance to enjoy them.

Hey guys. and DAN! You beat me to it, but, nonetheless, they need current pictures for proof that they are indeed still brand new in the box.

I really wish I had a chance to install these too, but just not in the cards this go-round. Car's running great though! Thanks Dan!

I just spoke to a technical rep at Koni, he said that these were a street spring, and they do not publish the spring rates, which explains why we can't find the specs anywhere and he would not give them to me.
