I PayPal'ed Greg my $$ for the CF bezzels but haven't received any confirmation or emails they are on there way. I'm sure there is no problem, but if Greg monitors this thread, hey please PM me

I have PM'ed Greg, but he must not be surfing the NAM site the last week. I PM'ed him a week ago about how the parts will be shipped out that we all bought, because I am going to be gone a bit and I need to let my neighbor know what to look for. Since I have not heard from him, I was wondering if anybody has received their parts, and how they were shipped so I can let the neighbors know.

i emailed him.
he said there was a delay in shipping and this was not normal.
i reemailed him looking for a tracking number and did not recieve a response.
i have ordered things other places after our transaction and recieved them days ago.
at this point, i dont really know whats going on. i dont want to jump to conclusions but i think we are all in the same boat...

I'm a new NAM memeber and was also interested in purchasing something from this seller. But ever since Ii sent him a message, I am receiving your messages to him in my inbox?? Not sure if "everyone gets copied on everyones response if this is normal?? But I have sent an email to the NAM registrar to look into this. Thanks!

I too am feeling a bit concerned. GT_Greg answered emails while items were for sale, even one after the sale, but now nothing. I was hoping others would reply and let me know how their dealings went. I will give him until mid-week and if my neighbor says nothing has arrived by any method I will contact PayPal and seek my money back. It would be a shame if a NAM member was less then honest, and I really hope that is not the case, however............

I will go along with you and wait until Wednesday. If nothing by then I too will go and seek relief from PayPal. This guy has been either very bad at communication or it's a scam. Personally, I think we have been scamed...

i appologize for the delays.
i relied on my shipping department at work to send these products out and they were put aside and forgotten about untill i wnt back to check on them after receiving and email saying that people had not received their product.
i will be FAST SHIPPING all products at my expence for the problems i have caused.

YEA!!! MY faith in GT_Greg has been restored. He has surfaced and answered via posting. His explanation is certainly believable if his shipping department is anything like ours at work. Please, let us know how items are being shipped, Greg, and we'll all move on from here.

I too am waiting to hear from Greg. He sent me an email that the items were sent out Monday, and that tracking info would follow shortly. Well, it's now Weds. morning and nothing. This doesn't look good.

Open the dispute with Paypal and ESCALATE it immediately. Greg will be REQUIRED to provide Paypal with tracking information (tracking # if UPS/FedEx/DHL or delivery confirmation # if USPS). If he FAILS to provide that information in a timely manner, he will lose the dispute.
If Greg DOES provide the tracking info, you MUST keep the dispute OPEN until you have actually received & inspected the item. When it arrives & all is well, you can close the dispute at that time.
However...
If the funds aren't in his Paypal account, it will be a bit more difficult to recoup monies paid to him.
Bright side...
If you win the dispute...and the funds aren't in his Paypal account...AND you paid via credit card, you will be able to file a dispute with your credit card company.
Paypal policy prevents buyers from filing a dispute directly with the credit card company BEFORE Paypal makes their determination.
