I have this installed in my car and I love it. You can control your iPod through the head unit or with your MFSW controls. You can make playlists MINI1, MINI2, MINI3, MINI4, and MINI5 which you can select using the head unit's preset buttons.

Only complaint: if you have lots of songs on your iPod, it's difficult to search through to find something you want to hear unless its on a MINI# playlist.
