It seems to be due to an incorrect pulley install. I got it in trade from someone I did some performance upgrades for, but did not ask.
How does an incorrect pulley install seize the charger? I am just curious, as all I really need is the water pump drive stuff, but I would like to make sure that stuff is going to be ok.

Throttle Body to SC ABS intake tube w/ vacuum hose- $8
and perhaps the marker lights and seat belts. definitely want the two vacuum tubes. thank you
