FS: NEW - Palo Uber Tuner Lug Wrench!

This telescoping lug wrench sells on the PU site for $69 plus shipping (which I think is at least $7-8). Here it is on their site (just scroll down to find it):

http://1346843.estore.networksolutio...rt=31&total=62

It comes with the socket head that was made to fit the lug key that comes with the PU tuner lugs, which is a 19mm socket, but it can easily be fitted with a 17mm socket head (which is the standard size for most Mini lugs) that can be found in almost any auto parts or hardware store. The advantage of the telescoping wrench is that it can be made longer than the one that comes with your jack (a very short, one-piece type), thus it provides you with greater leverage; you'll never struggle again.

Frankly, I've had problems with the lugs (go read the thread, if you wish), so having two wrenches now seems like overkill. I'm keeping one and selling the other.

So, this brand new, never been used extra PU tuner lug wrench that normally would cost you roughly $77 from PU can be yours from me shipped at less than half, way less; $30 gets it. Let me hear you.

Don't overlook this opportunity to own one of the products in the line of the "world's finest" Mini after-market accessories at a fraction of its cost. It is actually being sold now here at something that is probably close to its true value.

But the PU one was manufactured in London for a "true" MINI enthusiast.
Surely this one can't be as good. Also, there is no Union Jack sticker.

I'll take it...but...

You pay shipping and slip a check (not rubber) made out to me in the amount of $84.50 to cover my 105 octane expense for 1 track day.

Sounds like a sure fire deal to me.

I was told by PU that their PU/UJ sticker was manufactured in London by the world's finest sticker designer and that it adds at least $20 to any PU product that bears it. Here's the kicker though; if you use their wrench (as opposed to the Gorilla wrench) even just once to put on your lugs, you will get both 2 more MPG and 4 more HP. I just think some people don't know a good deal when they see it.

Oh and there are empirical tests to support these stats too. I've seen the graphs that prove them.

.....and now you can read the vendor thread on how the next generation of PU lugs will be rust-free! Let's hope the product matches the hype, but in any case the wrench will work.

Come now? Are there no PU lug owners out there in need of an over-priced PU wrench? Make me an offer; I asked $30, but I'll take less, just to have PU out of my life altogether! Don't ask!!!

hey blackie,
I think you may have better luck if you REMOVED the p.u. sticker and made no reference to p.u. Maybe you can resell it as a "blackie special" or something like that. Hahahahah! Good luck with your sale man! I'm glad your issue with them was resolved though.

Actually, I'm using the PU CF scoop. So far, so good. I have sort of used it interchangably with the CF one I have from M7. They are both pretty nice.

Pretty funny stuff! I think a line of Blackie Specials could definitely push PU over the edge.

Actually, until I get my credit card statements, the drama continues , as they apparently messed up my refund and re-charged me all over again. PU says it has been all straightened out, but until I see the actual credit card statements involved, I'm not a believer.
