F.S. NIB auto window up kit 1st gen

Purchased from MyMiniParts.com in the hopes that it could be adapted to my R56, but there's just no way. Opened the package to look at it, tucked it back in after I got the switch assembly out of my car and recognized the differences. I paid $65+ shipping, how does $60 including Priority Mail shipping sound?

From their site:
http://myminiparts.com/proddetail.php?prod=AWU&cat=10

I'd also trade for an R56 non-S chrome grill, if anyone's got one of those sitting around, or any of the cargo boxes for the rear of the car.

It seems like this one is more expensive than the GBMini one and it doesn't leave your fog lights enabled for you when you turn off your headlights.

got me

Since I've never had the other one, nor even had this one working, I can't really speak to the differences. I just don't know.

The one I have for sale doesn't have the ribbon wire pigtail, it mounts right to the back of the switch, for an obvious physical difference.

From the instructions it looks like it also has an additional pair of auxiliary circuits that you activate using the rear fog switch. Other than that it has several modes for window up, single click, double click, both windows up using just the driver's switch, and a couple others. It also has an output for a garage door opener and functionality to turn off DSC.

But, to make the price more competitive, how's $55 including Priority mail shipping? Even cheaper than the GBMini one, just without the fog function.

In addition to the auto-up windows and the auto armed fogs, Ian's circuit also has DSC auto-off.

right

Agreed, so it looks like the biggest differences between this one and Ian's is that this one has 2 aux circuits you can use for whatever instead of the auto fog light feature, and that this one has an option to raise both front windows simultaniously with just one switch, otherwise they are about the same.

They both enable one touch up on the windows, they both have DSC-off features, and they both can control a garage door opener. This one in particular, though, is pretty darn cheap if you're willing to deal with the fact that it's an open box special.

From the retailer's site:
Product ID: AWU
Auto Window-Up Kit.
Here is one of the most-desired add-ons you can do! This simple-to-install kit allows your windows to roll up at the flick of a finger! And you can program it operate your garage door opener and shut off your DSC system with this deLuxe kit! Complete with instructions and the superbly made circuit board, it's an easy install for the convenience you've always wanted!
Price: $65.00

i know there are some of you mini owners without this mod. this mod a pretty much a MUST while driving manual..(AND it's fun puttin the windows down and back up without holding the button..)
