I need a bumper

So long story short, I hit a raccon and totaly ruined my front bumper. I know that some of you must have aero kits, and have an old stock bumper lying around. So here are the spicifics.

I need:

1 Stock HYPER BLUE METALIC front bumper for an 05 mini cooper S. Please include pictures and detailed description of anything that might be wrong with it. I.E. Rock chips, scraches, ect. ect.

Also I was wondering how the driving light assembly in the bumper works, seeing is I have broken that also.

thanks in advance.

Driving Light and Bumper...

I have a DS bumper from my 06 MCS, sorry wrong color.

The driving light assembly comes out of the bumper very easily. There are two screws holding each light in. There are also quick disconnect plugs for the wiring....just press and pull. The arch lamps also have quick disconnect wiring plugs and easily come out of the bumper, but be careful with them because you can strip them easily.

You can get "angel eyes" or "halo" lamps to replace the driving lights that look pretty cool at night, and they may help to scare off any racoons thinking about running into traffic. I saw them for $89.95 from Moss MINI. If you want to replace them with stock units I recommend Classic MINI in Ohio. They give a discount (20%!) to NAM members and they don't mark up thier parts.

Good luck with the repair.

Where are you located? The shipping costs on the bumpers gets pretty nasty.

I have both the front and rear bumper covers from an 05 hyper blue MCS sitting in the garage. I was going to keep them in case I wanted to go back to stock, but if you're close enough to Atlanta to not have to ship the cover, I'd consider selling it.

St. Louis Missouri, how much do you want for the front?

I was going to sell it for 200.00, but there's a much better deal on Ebay right now that might work for you:

I can't tell if it's the right blue, but there's so little difference between indi and hyper on the plastic parts that I'm not sure it would even be noticable.

It also appears to include the lights, which makes it a great deal for 100 bucks shipped.

There is another guy on Ebay that sells a bunch of Mini bumpers for 240 bucks shipped. He might the right one if you'd prefer to have it shipped.
