Custom rear grill reflectors 4sale...
Now that I have another set, these are 4sale...the grills are $45 a piece from MINI, $30 for my time and effort...$120 shipped
The reflectors are 1/8" red plexiglass trimmed to exact shape and overlayed with 3M reflective then epoxied to the grills...

You should do something like a "core charge". Someone ships their grills to you, you add you're $30 in parts/labor and send them back. Or you could make the little reflector thing and sell that alone. You could make quite a little business of it.
